An Endless Belt That Keeps Filling and Sealing Lines in Time
On a filling line the containers have to arrive under the nozzle at the exact moment the valve opens. A belt that stretches, slips or steps at the joint turns that timing into spillage and rework.
We vulcanize this belt as one endless loop, hold thickness to the 3.00 mm target, and slit, cover and machine it to your drawing so the pitch stays where the machine expects it.
- Vulcanized endless loop, no splice to stretch or open
- Thickness controlled so the belt stays flat and tracks true
- Covering compound and hardness selected for grip and washdown
- Made to drawing with holes, slots, cleats or ground edges
Why the Wrong Belt Costs More Than the Belt Itself
Most buyers compare belts by price per piece. Packaging lines pay for belts in a different currency: downtime, scrap, and operator time spent re-adjusting. These are the four failures we are asked to fix most often.
Slippage under load
Film draw-down loses registration, the seal lands off-centre and the jaw crushes product instead of sealing it.
Joint cracking
A spliced belt opens at the joint, delaminates under tension and fails long before the rubber itself is worn.
Size mismatch
Width or pitch tolerance off by a fraction is enough to make the belt track off the pulley and wear the flange.
Unplanned stoppages
Premature wear forces an extra changeover. One hour of lost line output usually costs more than the whole belt order.
What You Get From This Belt
Six properties that decide whether a line keeps its timing, or needs an operator with a spanner at the end of every shift.
Seamless vulcanized structure
One continuous loop with no joint, so there is nothing to open up or stretch unevenly under tension.
Accurate thickness control
Target 3.00 mm with controlled deviation, so containers sit level at the filling and sealing stations.
Custom rubber covering
Compound, colour and hardness matched to grip, product release and cleaning routine.
High-strength tensile core
Cord selected for your load and elongation requirement, so the belt keeps its pitch as it runs in.
Precision machining
Clean holes and smooth edges for consistent mounting and reliable index accuracy.
RoHS compliant
Compliance documentation supplied with the order.
Seamless Vulcanized Structure vs. Visible Joint Connection
The joint is where a conventional endless belt fails first. We build the loop in the mould instead of closing it afterwards, so there is nothing to open up.
Our vulcanized belt
- Seamless vulcanized structure
- No joint cracking
- Strong and durable
- Longer service life
Typical spliced belt
- Visible joint connection
- Rough joint workmanship
- Easy to crack or delaminate
- Shorter service life

Where This Belt Runs
Typical stations on filling, sealing and cutting equipment where an endless vulcanized belt is specified.
Rotary filling lines
Indexes containers under the filling valve at a fixed pitch to avoid spillage.
Cup and tray sealing
Holds the container steady while the sealing head comes down, so the seal is complete.
Rotary cutting and slitting
Synchronises the cut with the product flow so edges come out clean and square.
Capping and closing
Grips containers without marking them while the head applies torque.
Labelling and sleeving
Keeps the container rotating at a controlled speed for accurate label placement.
Cartoning and case packing
Transfers filled packs into the carton at the right pitch and orientation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you match the belt on my filling machine?
Yes. Send the sample, a drawing or the pulley data. We confirm the structure, compound and tolerances before production.
What thickness do you supply?
Our standard target is 3.00 mm; other thicknesses are made to drawing or sample.
Can I get a specific hardness?
Yes. Covering compound, colour and hardness are made to your specification or selected with our engineers.
Is the belt really endless?
Yes. The loop is vulcanized in the mould, so there is no mechanical splice to crack or delaminate.
How fast can I get an engineering answer?
Technical enquiries are answered within 24 hours, including a structure and compound recommendation.
Get a Belt Recommendation Before You Buy
Tell us the machine, the pitch and the running conditions. We will tell you which structure and compound actually fits, instead of shipping a standard belt and hoping it works.
