Yes — our PU belts are hot-weldable with a simple heating tool. Joint strength reaches 85-90% of parent material. No machine disassembly required, reducing downtime to minutes.

Diameters from 3 mm to 20 mm, shore hardness 85A (flexible) to 95A (rigid). Custom diameters and dual-hardness belts available on request.

Yes — our clear and blue PU belts meet FDA 21 CFR 177.1680 and EU 10/2011 for direct food contact. Blue pigment is metal-detectable for HACCP compliance.

PU belts are quieter (18-22 dB less), require no lubrication, resist chemicals and moisture, and can be welded on-site. Trade-off: lower power capacity — max ~2 kW versus 10+ kW for V-belts.
