What payment terms, shipping terms and pre-shipment inspection do you offer?
Short answer: T/T bank transfer is our standard payment method, commonly a deposit with the balance before shipment; PayPal is accepted for samples and small orders, and a letter of credit can be discussed for larger contracts. We ship under EXW, FOB or CIF depending on your preference, and pre-shipment inspection by a third party such as SGS or BV can be arranged. The exact terms are written into the quotation and proforma invoice for each order, so nothing depends on a verbal agreement.
Payment methods we work with
T/T bank transfer
The standard route for production orders, usually a deposit on order and the balance before shipment. Bank charges outside our account are normally for the buyer.
PayPal
Practical for samples and small trial orders where a bank transfer costs more than the goods. PayPal fees are added to the invoice.
Letter of credit
Available for larger contracts on request. L/C terms need to be agreed before production starts, and bank charges are usually split per the agreed terms.
Trade terms
EXW from our factory, FOB Guangzhou or Shenzhen, or CIF to your destination port. Tell us which one your customs broker prefers.

Shipping options and indicative transit times

Inspection before the balance is paid
- Standard check: dimensional report, photos and a short video of the finished belts before packing.
- Third-party inspection: SGS, BV, TUV or Intertek can be booked by you, or by us on your behalf, at the buyer cost.
- Retained samples: a piece from the same batch can be kept for reference in case of a later dispute.
- Documents: invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and a certificate of origin on request.

How an order runs from enquiry to delivery
- You send the drawing, sample or old belt reference, quantity and target date.
- We quote with price, MOQ, lead time and trade term, and confirm the technical points that matter.
- You approve the proforma invoice and pay the deposit; production is scheduled.
- We update you at the main milestones and send pre-shipment photos or arrange inspection.
- Balance is settled, goods ship, and documents follow within the agreed time.
