How reverse engineering works
1. Send data
Mail us the old belt (fastest and most accurate) or send photos plus measurements: pitch, width, number of teeth or length, and cord type if known.
2. We measure and match
We identify the profile family, pitch and construction, then confirm the equivalent specification with you before production.
3. Sample and verify
A sample belt is produced for fitting verification, then batch production follows once you confirm fit and performance.
Compatibility with major brands
Our belts are dimensionally compatible with many common profiles used by equipment originally fitted with belts from brands such as Gates, Continental, Bando or Mitsuboshi. This is a compatibility cross-reference only:
- What must match: pitch, tooth profile, width and pitch length — these determine whether the belt fits and runs.
- What may differ: internal cord choice and rubber compound can be adjusted to your application (for example aramid cord for shock loads).
